Cancellation Policy
At Gliss Beauty, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a mobile service, my diary and travel are carefully planned around each booking.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any cancellation, reschedule, or failure to attend your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to be ready at their scheduled appointment time.
If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.
